Highlights included the G4527G6 (MGX™ 4U), packed with eight NVIDIA RTX PRO™ 6000 Blackwell GPUs and the debut of NVIDIA’s new MGX™ PCIe Switch board. Another standout, the G8825Z5 (8U), pairs AMD EPYC™ 9005 processors with the latest AMD Instinct™ 350 series GPUs. These platforms are designed for AI training, inference, and large language model processing, advancing scalability and energy efficiency.

Innovations in Full-Rack Liquid Cooling for Data Centers

MiTAC introduced industry-leading full-rack liquid cooling systems, offering both Liquid-to-Air and Liquid-to-Liquid options. The systems feature advanced in-row Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs) and deliver more than 2000 kW of cooling power to handle the most demanding AI and HPC workloads. These cooling solutions are engineered for easy integration and customization, complete with dedicated monitoring software. The unveil also included the Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) multi-node HPC server (C2820Z5). This server efficiently manages high-power CPUs in ORv3 standard racks using 48VDC, resulting in substantial energy savings over traditional air cooling.
