The hyperscale colocation segment in Greater Tokyo alone is expected to see a 17% five-year CAGR from 2024. Flow’s new campus is strategically located near other major clusters in Otemachi and Toyosu. It offers flexible and scalable colocation solutions geared toward customers’ rapidly evolving needs, especially those driven by AI adoption and the digital economy.
Expansion Strengthens FLOW’s Presence Across Asia Pacific
The launch of TK7 and TK8 further expands Flow Digital Infrastructure’s footprint in the region. With this Tokyo development, Flow now has a portfolio of eleven assets across Japan, Korea, the Philippines, and Malaysia. This portfolio now boasts over 170MW of current and planned IT capacity.
