DAMAC Digital’s Global Expansion Reaches 6,000MW Capacity

DAMAC Digital now boasts a planned IT capacity landbank of 6,000MW across 13 countries, spanning North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. This expansion includes a portfolio of more than 35 sites, positioning the company as a major force in the rapidly growing data infrastructure sector. Notably, eight sites are expected to go operational by the end of 2026, with the company targeting over 700MW of active capacity across more than 14 sites by Q1 2027.

Over the past five months, DAMAC Digital has broken ground on 10 new sites, signaling unprecedented growth momentum. This surge is supported by partnerships with five global hyperscalers, making DAMAC Digital a preferred provider for major technology giants. The company employs more than 600 professionals, managing everything from design and procurement to construction and operations, effectively supporting its robust scaling strategy.

Meeting AI and Cloud Demand with Advanced Infrastructure

DAMAC Digital’s data centers are designed with the future in mind, with over 90% using liquid cooling for high-density compute environments. These modern facilities are built to accommodate advanced AI workloads and support platforms like NVIDIA’s Vera Rubin. The company’s infrastructure is key for meeting the needs of hyperscalers, cloud service providers, and enterprises seeking transformation in the digital era.
