HCGZ Unveils Advanced Robotics at CeMAT ASIA 2025
At the event, HCGZ introduced several cutting-edge robots specifically engineered for modern logistics. In the goods-to-person display area, the YT50 robot from the Flash Ladder Series took center stage. This robot leverages natural contour navigation for easy deployment, requiring no modification to the facility. Capable of running non-stop 24/7 and coordinating with over 100 units, the YT50 ensures high productivity. Additionally, the robot offers a maximum load of 50 kilograms and a positioning accuracy of ±3mm, making it suitable for various warehouse operations.
Innovative Goods-to-Person and Ants + Picking Solutions
HCGZ’s demonstrations did not stop with single robots. The company highlighted its “Ants + Picking” combination, offering an ultra-high-density, ultra-efficient picking solution. This approach integrates two robot types with shelving, totes, and an intelligent warehouse management system. As a result, the system effectively manages tasks such as inventory, sorting, and order fulfillment. Key benefits of this solution include:
- High throughput
- High storage density
- Optimal flexibility for fluctuating on-site demands
This standardized solution meets the needs of order picking operations that require speed and reliability.
Pallet-to-Person Systems and High-Density Storage Robots
In the pallet-to-person display area, HCGZ debuted the EzGo handling robot. This new robot excels in handling, rapid battery swaps, and intelligent obstacle avoidance. It simplifies implementation and excels in close-range scheduling collaboration. The three-point counterbalanced AGV also made an appearance, showcasing its adaptability for various hydraulic attachments and its ability to identify different pallets. On the storage side, HCGZ’s Z Series Four-way Shuttle Warehouse system stood out. It maximizes space usage by shuttling swiftly and changing direction within shelf aisles, providing efficient pallet picking and handling when linked with a laser-guided mini stacker.
In summary, HCGZ’s latest innovations at CeMAT ASIA 2025 mark a leap forward in logistics automation and warehouse efficiency. By offering a comprehensive suite of solutions—from goods-to-person robots to advanced shuttle warehouses—the company reaffirms its position as a tech leader in intelligent logistics. As demand for smarter and more adaptable warehouses grows, HCGZ is ready to meet industry needs with flexible, high-performance technologies.
