The new Hughes Manufacturing Facility, referred to as EXM, produces U.S.-made hardware that powers networks globally. With around 400 staff including engineers and technicians, Hughes also employs advanced robotics for manufacturing high-tech products such as the Hughes HT3000W JUPITERâ„¢ System satellite modem and the Hughes HL1120W Low Earth Orbit satellite terminal. Notably, the set-up also acts as a testing ground for emerging private 5G solutions.
