Unveiling Panasonic’s Latest Assembly innovation

At the heart of the product unveiling is the Panasonic Electric Screwdriver System. Comprised of four distinct screwdrivers equipped with brushless motors, this system offers enhanced traceability of torque and fastening data. With an ergonomic design, new push or lever start methods, and an LED verification lamp, these screwdrivers streamline assembly operations.

Key features of the Panasonic Electric Screwdriver System include a 0.3- 4.4 Nm torque setting range at 650-1,800 rpm. Additionally, each screwdriver offers optional wireless communication for effortless data collection and management software that tracks usage for up to 80 tools. Furthermore, the system boasts a sequence control function that allows seamless use of multiple tools simultaneously.

Expanding Panasonic’s AccuPulse Tool Line-Up

Besides the Electric Screwdriver System, Panasonic also introduced new additions to its AccuPulse range. The AccuPulse® 4.0 Transducerized HT exhibits advanced technology to maintain accuracy and consistency in high-torque mechanical pulse tools. The AccuPulse QP, a novel invention, helps reduce noise levels, enhancing the working environment.
