This new initiative strengthens the company’s presence in the region and demonstrates its focus on AI-driven collaboration and customer innovation. The Taguig-based centre is designed to foster engagement, empower local talent, and accelerate the adoption of transformative technologies.

DXC Technology Expands Presence With Client Experience Centre

Set in Metro Manila’s prime business district, the new Client Experience Centre stands as DXC Technology’s flagship hub in the Philippines. It enables direct collaboration between customers, partners, and DXC’s 7,000-strong local workforce. The centre offers a space for co-creation, building on DXC’s mission-critical services in application management, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity. With this strategic investment, DXC reaffirms its long-term commitment to Philippine businesses and their digital transformation journeys.

Accelerating AI-First Solutions and Security Operations

The centre features an AI Incubation Hub that supports next-generation solutions, blending AI with traditional enterprise services. Recently, DXC introduced Xponential, an advanced AI orchestration blueprint that will be utilized here. Additionally, an AI-first 24/7 Security Operations Centre is operational, offering monitoring and rapid response to threats facing global clients. These initiatives further position DXC Technology at the forefront of AI innovation and reinforce its security capabilities for businesses worldwide.

Investing in Filipino Talent and Community Empowerment

Supporting its role as a SAP Centre of Excellence, DXC’s Philippines team includes over 1,800 SAP consultants serving more than 350 global enterprise clients. Beyond business, the company is investing in technology access and digital education. During the launch, DXC partnered with Baby and Moms PH to donate refurbished laptops to local high school students. Through its Digital Futures Program, DXC aims to empower thousands of Filipino students and advance digital literacy across communities.

In conclusion, DXC Technology’s new Client Experience Centre represents a fusion of technological leadership, AI-powered services, and dedicated community support in the Philippines.
