Longevity Summit: Opportunities & Solutions for Aging Innovations

Mary Furlong & Associates (MFA) has announced that its 20th annual What’s Next Longevity Venture Summit will take place on June 14-15, with a focus on longevity investments and entrepreneurship. The event is expected to draw more than 300 attendees, bringing together investors, entrepreneurs, incubators, nonprofit organisations, government agencies and large companies focused on the $8.3 trillion longevity economy for keynote speeches, incisive panel discussions and two business competitions.

What to Expect at the 20th Annual Longevity Venture Summit

The two-day summit will feature keynote speeches and sessions from experts in longevity and investing, including Mark Mahaney, Safwan Shah, Christine Brocato and Dr. Allison Sekuler, covering topics such as going to market in the longevity economy, non-dilutive funding opportunities, women leading in longevity and healthcare, and the future of AI and older adults. With the theme The 2030 Horizon: Charting a Course for Longevity Investors and Entrepreneurs, the summit will create a platform for connecting the longevity ecosystem, providing access to investors and enabling networking among attendees.

Industry Experts to Deliver Keynotes & Discuss Latest Developments

The summit will also focus on longevity investment strategies, the latest developments in the industry, and visions for the future from 20 thought leaders, including Dan Hermann, president and CEO of Zeigler, who says that “In the next 5, 10 and 20 years, I fully expect we will see continued innovation and technological breakthroughs to support healthy aging for older adults, no matter where they live.” The event aims to deliver a blueprint for deal flow, critical in creating success in challenging environments facing entrepreneurs today.

Competitions for Entrepreneurs to Pitch Aging & Longevity Innovations

As part of the 20th anniversary, two competitions have been created for entrepreneurs. The What’s Next Longevity Venture Summit $10,000 Business Plan Competition, “Where Innovation Meets Investment in the Longevity Market,” and the AARP AgeTech Collaborative Social Connection Pitch Competition will provide a platform for entrepreneurs to pitch their ideas, connecting them to investors and potential collaborators.
