This union allows Pega Customer Decision Hub TM to be compatible with Tealium, improving relevance and empathy during customer interactions through first-party behavioral data and AI-powered decision-making.

The partnership comes amid the digital age’s demands requiring the correct tools to meet evolving legislation and ethical AI use for brands to earn and maintain their customers’ trust. Merging Tealium’s CDP with Pega Customer Decision Hub will significantly improve organizations’ abilities to optimize first-party data and deepen relationships with models that have consumers’ best interests at their core.

Combining the Power of CDPs and AI to Meet Brand Needs

The latest partnership builds on Pega’s recent launch of Pega Customer Data Connectors – allowing clients to link leading CDPs with Pega Customer Decision Hub. Always-on ‘brain’ and AI-powered decision-making centralize inbound, outbound, owned, and paid channels. The newest connector integrated seamlessly with Tealium’s CDP, identifying and curating behavioral data from online and offline channels while complying with personally identifiable information (PII) laws and geographical regulations like the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Customers build customizable profiles by merging real-time data and events with offline data, which can transfer in real-time to Pega Customer Decision Hub, providing insight into individual propensities, behavior, and needs.
