Acclime Expands with Acquisition of RSM’s Non-Audit Division
Under terms of the acquisition, the non-audit division of RSM will now operate under Acclime Advisory Services. This division employs around 150 talented individuals, providing services like taxation, risk advisory, transaction advisory, and corporate advisory to both local and international clients. The managing partner will be Mr. Eric Chen, who also heads the Tax Division. Together they create a strong and proficient team in advisory services.

According to Mr. Martin Crawford, Co-Founder and CEO of Acclime, this acquisition increases Acclime’s overall business size by about 30%. In his statement, Mr. Crawford emphasized that the addition builds scale within Acclime’s portfolio and expands their service line capacities, enabling the company to provide a broader range of services like transaction advisory, risk advisory, and restructuring services. Acclime aims to develop into a fully-fledged professional service firm in Asia with a focus on expanding advisory business in other Asian markets.
