The SE868K5-D module offers a full dual-band (L1 + L5) option suitable for global deployment, while the SE868K5-I shares the same architecture in a defeatured design optimized for cost-efficient applications in the Indian market. Developed from the 7×7 mm single-frequency SE873K5, the SE868K5 modules measure at 11x11mm, added to the xE868 form factor family, and use unified proprietary commands (PTWS) that allow for flexibility and easy migration within the product family. The SE868K5 architecture also features extra LNA(s) after the SAW filter for optimal performance and immunity to interference, ensuring the best co-existence with cellular and other radios.
Low Power and Customizable Applications
The new modules are optimized for various IoT verticals, including fleet management systems, e-mobility applications, road tolling systems, cellular base stations, automotive telematics systems, wearable sports training monitors, and more. offering low power and usage profiles for customized applications. Early marketing samples are available now, and engineering samples will be available in May 2023. Mass production is scheduled for June 2023.
Partnering with AIROHA AG3335 Chipset Family
